you too can shop here….for an experience thats quite less then impressive!
Disclaimer: I do believe ross is a great store for brand names for cheap and i will continue to shop there however i have had an overall displeasure with the store.
to start off with an anecdote, one time a few years ago i got gum stuck on the bottom of my shoe inside ross. and this is the exact same condition i saw it in. this shop is horrible! the floor was dirty half of the clothes were not on the racks. i can stand a little removable smudge on my clothes, but there clothes have rips and are completely disheveled. as i went into the purse section, i saw a cute purse on the ground, i picked it up and saw there was a huge tear in it and when i looked at the price tag it was a $197! a torn purse for that much even if it was originally $400. went into the dressing rooms and there were heaps and heaps of clothing everywhere! not like a normal stack with a lady looking very depressed folding them, im talking the pyramids of giza stacks. ridiculous. im quite angered at this. i mean i found stuff for cheap but ultimately i felt very uncomfortable. im not high maintainence and i will continue to shop there but it was filthy. im not happy with ross. ive been to several locations and always the same verdict. this store really needs to boost its moral up. i went to a 99 cent store that looked nicer than this and a big lots. sorry to say it again but im very upset.
